Your selected amount ($69, $79, or $89) is charged at signup and renews automatically each month until canceled. There is no minimum commitment. Cancel before your next charge using the Manage subscription link in your Square email or by contacting Al. Already-paid, unexpired wash credits remain available after cancellation. There are no routine prorated refunds solely for unused visits. If TMB cannot provide a promised service, we will arrange a replacement appointment or refund the undelivered portion.

Each paid billing month includes two regular wash credits. Unused credits carry over through the following billing month, then expire. We use your oldest credits first, with up to four regular credits available at once. If TMB causes a scheduling delay, we extend the affected visit's expiration so you do not lose the service owed to you. Two washes per billing month means 24 included washes in a full year of paid membership.

Report rain-related issues to Al within 48 hours of your original included wash. We provide one complimentary exterior rewash per original wash on the next available neighborhood service day. It does not use a monthly wash credit and does not begin another rain guarantee.

Membership service is limited to the Houston metro area. Confirm your exact address and appointment availability with Al before subscribing. We arrange two visits per billing month and group nearby appointments where practical. Members text Al to schedule included washes or change appointments; you do not need to purchase another wash from the one-time service menu.

Membership covers exterior maintenance for the enrolled vehicle only. Interior cleaning and additional detailing services are available as paid add-ons. Excessive mud, dirt, bugs, or other conditions may require additional cleaning at a separately quoted price. Al will assess the condition and get your approval before performing additional paid work. A heavily neglected vehicle may need an initial cleanup. If you are unsure which vehicle category to select, confirm your make and model with Al first.
